The starting point

Industroquip had been trading for years under a name and brand that no longer reflected the scale of the business. Their product range, workplace safety signs, PPE, fire safety, height safety, and traffic control equipment, was strong. Their digital presence was not. The website did not convert, the brand did not inspire confidence, and Google Ads had never been run with proper structure or tracking.

What we did

  • Led the full rebrand from Industroquip to Industro, including visual identity, naming rationale, and brand guidelines
  • Rebuilt the Shopify store from the ground up with SEO-optimised collection pages, structured product data, and a layout built for procurement buyers
  • Set up Google Ads with tightly controlled campaigns across product categories, full conversion tracking from click to purchase, and Shopping campaigns for high-intent product searches
  • Implemented on-site SEO across safety signs, PPE, height safety, fire safety, and traffic control collections

The results

  • $38,608 in revenue from Google Ads in March 2026 alone
  • 7.38x return on ad spend
  • A brand that now carries the authority of a national workplace safety supplier

Industro competes and wins against national distributors on Google Shopping and Search. The Shopify store handles the full sales journey from discovery to checkout for customers ranging from sole-trader electricians to large civil construction firms.
